This years event will move to our new Cook-Off home at 13145 Hwy 90, the old home of the Boutte Bingo Hall. Saturday, March 21, 2020 starting at 11am we will be open to the public for our improved cook-off. Y’all asked and we listened. You wanted cooler weather with less rain and we hope this is the ticket. You wanted judging by actual judges in additional to peoples choice and you will get that too. We can’t wait to start our new tradition on Hwy 90!
Dat Dads’ Club holds a “Parade of Prizes” raffle in conjunction with the cookoff. If you have a raffle item to donate, contact any board member, or call Claude Adams at 504.235.9784. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Because of the generosity of our members, and our partnership with the United Way of St. Charles, 100% of the money raised for this event will be donated to these two families. Help us make this the best ever event for two incredible families facing difficult times.

Dat Dads’ Club would like to announce our 2020 beneficiaries for the 4th Annual Gradoux on the Bayou Pastalaya Cookoff, being held on March 21.2020. Both of these children have had a difficult start to their lives and are fighters. We can help their families continue the fight.
Avery Stromeyer is the 14 month old daughter of Stephen and Amanda Stromeyer and they currently reside in Luling. Avery was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 9 days old. Cystic Fibrosis is a lifelong illness that affects the lungs and digestion. Avery will need lifelong care to help with the symptoms and medication.
Our second beneficiary is Jonah Landry. Jonah is the 5 month old son of Cory and Jessica Landry, who also reside in Luling. Jonah was diagnosed with Down Syndrome and a hole was discovered in his heart. Since birth Jonah has been intubated 3 times and has had 9 blood transfusions. In addition to that, on January 31, 2020, Jonah underwent open heart surgery. To say this kid is a fighter doesn’t even scratch the surface. For those unable to participate in this fundraiser, a GoFundMe has been set up to assist the family of Jonah with immediate expenses. Jonah remains in the hospital with his parents by his side.
